has been a delight on your site. From the loan application
process to the response time and quality mortgage products,
I cannot say more about the level of professionalism you
guys and gals offer.
Good customer support is really hard to find these
days. I have had many nightmare experiences with loan
officers in the virtual world. From point buy-downs
to the bait and switch “Good Faith Estimates,”
I’ve run the gambit with unscrupulous mortgage
brokers in the virtual world. I confess, I thought your
site would be a crab shoot in looking for a viable home
mortgage.
Your site has defined a new meaning to me in shopping
online. What stands out in my mind is how fast and easy
the entire process has been. I never imagined that shopping
for a loan online was possible let alone a reality.
But, I was highly impressed by the level of professionalism
and information your mortgage representatives provided.
The only problem I had with your site was deciding which
lender or broker to go with. Everyone was so helpful
and had so many options for me to choose from, it took
me a couple of weeks to lock my rate in.
Anyone looking for a home loan should definitely give
this site a whirl. Please keep up the good work and
don’t let success diminish the quality of your
loan officer’s service.
