Being an African American woman, for some reason
we are prone or expect home financing to be an expensive
ordeal. When I found an adorable Town Home in the suburbs,
three loan officers told me that in order for me to
be approved for the loan that I would have to pay a
higher interest rate for the town home based on the
property.
I’ve read in the paper about these predatory
lenders but I did not have the time to prove it. At
any rate, I refused to settle for a 9 percent interest
rate for a $125,000 home loan. My diligence and commitment
to find the perfect loan landed me on your site. I had
never done anything like this before – applying
for a home loan online. Even though I was a little nervous
about entering my personal information on the web, I
felt secure when I read your privacy policy.
In all my life, I have never experienced the type of
friendly customer support that I received from John,
Travis and Samantha. Not one of the loan officers who
contacted me after I applied for a loan on your site
said that it would be “challenging’ for
me to be approved for a ‘normal’ interest
rate. And not one gave me the mumbo jumbo about how
loan financing for a town home is a ‘difficult’
loan to process.
I commend your company, Travis, Samantha, and John
for trying to get my loan approved. I, especially thank
Samantha for making my home loan so stress free. I’m
telling all my friends and relatives to get their loan
through you guys.
