Whoever said qualifying for a home loan was like
going into back surgery was out of their mind. Well,
that’s what my mother has been telling me for
years. When Andy and I found our fantasy home, we were
paralyzed with fear – that we would be denied
or rejected.
Andy and I have a combined income of $85,000 and we
don’t have a strong credit history because we’ve
just graduated from college two years ago. Our dream
domicile was more than we could afford ($285,000). After
we had reconciled that we would have to settle for a
bungalow without a yard, I thought that I’d give
your site a try because my sister’s best friend
was recently approved on your site.
Unlike other online mortgage sites where there is little
information about mortgages let alone how the loan application
process works, I found your site very user friendly.
After I completed the loan application, in less than
one day, Andy and I had loan quotes up the kazoo. It
was so exciting not to have our worst fears actualized.
Even more amazing the mortgage brokers were willing
to come visit us and go over the terms of the loan that
would afford us our first home.
Don’t get me wrong, I’m not saying that
we LOVE your service because we were approved so quickly.
It’s just nice to tell your mom that she does
not always know best – particularly when it comes
to getting a new home loan.
